Welcome to WashCarElite.com, your premier luxury car wash service. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

WashCarElite offers a range of premium car wash and detailing services designed to meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in CHF. The standard exterior wash starts at CHF 25. Additional services such as interior detailing or waxing are priced accordingly. Payment is accepted by credit card or cash at the time of service.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

We strive for complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
• Submit your request via our Contact Form with details of the service and reason for refund.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
• Partial refunds may be granted if services have already been partially rendered.

5. Liability

WashCarElite will not be liable for damage resulting from normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage. We exercise the utmost care in handling all vehicles.
